Terms of Use
Last updated: 07/04/2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the FazOS platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Service is provided by FazOS for field team work order management. Use is conditional on full acceptance of these terms.
2. Service Description
FazOS is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for work order management, connecting managers to field technicians. The Service includes: an admin panel for managers (backoffice), a progressive web app (PWA) for technicians, offline functionality with automatic synchronization, and report generation.
3. Accounts and Access
To use the Service, you must create an account with truthful and complete information. Each company (tenant) is responsible for managing user access. Credential sharing is prohibited. The account administrator is responsible for all activities under their company.
4. Offline Functionality and Local Data
The technician app has offline functionality, storing data locally on the device via IndexedDB. The integrity of locally stored data is the responsibility of the user and the equipment used. FazOS is NOT liable for loss, corruption, or inaccessibility of data caused by: physical device damage, factory reset or formatting, app or browser data deletion, system misuse, or device hardware/software failures. We recommend regular data synchronization to ensure server backup.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to: use the Service only for legitimate work order management purposes, not attempt to access data from other tenants, not reverse engineer the application, not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
6. Payment and Subscription
The Service offers a free 14-day trial period. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. All prices are fixed and charged in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include taxes. Any applicable taxes, duties, or charges (including but not limited to sales tax, VAT, or local levies) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Prices are published on the platform and may be changed with 30 days notice. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Cancellation can be done at any time and access is maintained until the end of the paid period.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, source code, design, trademarks, and technology of FazOS are the exclusive property of FazOS. Data entered by users remains the property of their respective companies.
8. Limitation of Liability
FazOS is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted Service availability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss outside our servers.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, data is kept for 30 days for export, after which it is permanently deleted. FazOS may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
10. Third-Party Integrations and WhatsApp
FazOS offers two WhatsApp integration methods: (a) Official WhatsApp Business API (Cloud API), provided by Meta, subject to Meta's terms; and (b) WhatsApp Web Integration (QR Code), which uses the client's own phone number through intermediary services (Evolution API). For the WhatsApp Web (QR Code) method: FazOS is NOT responsible for blocks, suspensions, bans, or any restrictions applied by WhatsApp/Meta to the client's number; the SIM card/number used is entirely the client's responsibility; FazOS has no relationship, partnership, or endorsement from WhatsApp/Meta for this method; we strongly recommend using a SIM card dedicated exclusively for this purpose; the client acknowledges that this method may violate WhatsApp's terms of service and assumes all associated risks. FazOS acts solely as a technology facilitator, with no guarantees regarding the availability or continuity of these integrations.
11. Modifications
FazOS reserves the right to modify these terms. Significant modifications will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
